As first time home buyers, Tim did an excellent job of guiding us through this very complex experience. He has an efficient property searching tool that help us filter through different properties. At first, we were looking for a townhouse but then we were searching more toward a house. Tim helped us adjust the filter and it works great! We didn’t want to feel rushed to buy our investment property, as we have had multiple friends who felt they were pressured and rushed throughout the process by their realtors. At first, we planned to buy a townhouse with one bath room. But later Tim advised to us to look for those with two bath rooms instead since that would be better for a family with 2 kids in a long term. And that turns out to be the best decision we made. Tim was patient, trustworthy and explain clearly every term in the contract so that we could completely undertand to make good decisions.
